Handy words for performance reviews

The Official SAT Question of the Day below provides us with several excellent adjectives for describing not-so-great behavior (and some verbs describing how one might respond).

Choose the word or set of words that, when inserted in the sentence, best fits the meaning of the sentence as a whole.
